Sew and Beauty offers treatments to minors, aged 8-17 years old. There are currently two treatments available; Indian Head Massage and an ASMR Experience. Both of these treatments take an holistic approach. These treatments may help your child with overwhelm, relaxation, sleep and anxiety.
Parents/guardians must remain present throughout the child/teen’s treatment. An electronic or paper consultation form will need to be completed by the parent/guardian prior to the appointment. DBS registered.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Traditional Indian Head Massage. Treatment includes head, face, neck and shoulder massage, whilst lying supine on the beauty couch.
This treatment can be carried out over clothing without the use of oils, or using oils with the décolleté, neck and shoulders uncovered. A blanket is placed over the body.
ASMR EXPERIENCE
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.
This treatment encompasses scents, sounds and gentle movements to invoke tingles and a feeling of relaxation, with an invigorating element to end the treatment. This treatment can help relieve stress, anxiety and improve sleep. If you like the gentle touch of having your hair brushed, you’ll like this treatment!
Includes the use of a Koshi chime, bamboo brushes and combs, scalp massager, back scratcher, soft touch, botanical water, rollerball essential oils, soft fan brushes, icy globes and cooling crackling scalp mousse!
